Consideration of human factor role in occurrence and aggravation of road accident base of regression models LR and CART

Abstract:

Accidents are the one of the biggest problems for public health in the world. This issue is very important because the most of victims are juvenile and they have been absolutely healthful before the accidents.  

This issue has been more important by increasing process of dead person and by large road users in Iran. This article will challenge the role of human factor between the three factors effective on road accidents.

Statistical population considered is about the occurred road accidents in Iran and it is the sample size that have happened in 1385 that which is acquired by self collecting.

And its measure is 343 thousand and 82 subject.

 

For gathering information has been used from sources com 114 which is the data base of road accidents.

Results of searches have shown that in 97.5% of accidents there have been human effect Factor.

But the effectiveness scale of this factor in compare with other factors is 49%. 

Given information shown that 38% of persons were killed, aren’t drivers. More than 22% killed person in road accident contain the people who are not in the car crash include the passengers and bike runner. In 48% of car crash the drivers injured seriously. The most rates of the effectiveness of human factors in accordance and aggravation of road accident is related to legal negligence (64.5%)

And after that are related to use of alcoholic drinks and drug (24.3%) which is the biggest rate. Tiredness and sleepy have been merely 3.9% of human factors of accidents occurrence.19% of people who have the road accident had the suspended driver license or B1.whie 67.9% of the victims and 8% of injured had the suspended driver or B1.
